This is a good starter:
-Why me?
-Why not?
Our life choices express our spirit and affect our health. Emotional, psychological and physical stress contributes developing of illnesses. Every illness has physical stress patterns. I believe that nothing about our health is random.
Statistics don’t mean anything. The odds are always 50%. You either make it or you don’t.
Cancer treatment starts in the mind. Positive attitude is a must. You should accept that you have a disease and do whatever you can do to fight it. Even sometimes try to do whatever you can’t do.
Don’t take anything for granted, always be grateful. Family and friends are your biggest assets.
Be patient. Cancer treatment requires a lot of patience. One day, like everything else in this universe, your cancer will end too.
Be resilient. Don’t forget ‘God’ does not give you more than you can handle. Even the worst of the worst has a way out.
Actually there is no ‘the worst’. Things can always get worse that ‘the worst’. But luckyly there is no ‘the best’ either. Things can always get better than ‘the best’.
I loved my hair so much. I always had long hair. After 6 months of A.B.V.D treatment I did not lose a bit of hair. It was a very rare situation and I should have felt lucky about it. But in the contrary I have not. Because I wanted the disease go away. In return I felt like I had to give something. Gradually I faced a harsher chemo and in a day or so I lost them all.
